You can book single sessions whenever you need focused support, or access ongoing mentoring through the Root, Bloom, and Wild Within memberships.

How Sessions Work
Format
Sessions take place online via video call. You’ll receive a link and simple instructions beforehand.
Length
Sessions are 60 minutes.
Flow
A session may include:

But the structure always adapts to what you need in the moment.
1:1 Sessions Within the Membership
If you’re part of the INI membership, mentoring is woven into the deeper tiers:
- Root – 1 monthly 1:1 sessions for clarity and emotional grounding
- Bloom – 2 monthly 1:1 sessions for transformation and integration
- Wild Within – 4 monthly 1:1 sessions for profound, sustained evolution
You can also book one‑off sessions at any time, whether or not you’re a member.
