These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inner Nature Integration website, membership offerings, and all related services provided by Oihane Donnellan. By joining any membership tier, accessing the Portal Hub, or engaging with any content or sessions, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview
Inner Nature Integration (“INI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers a range of wellbeing memberships, practices, and mentoring sessions designed to support personal reflection, grounding, and inner connection. These services are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
By using this website or joining any membership tier, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you understand the nature and limitations of the services provided.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join any membership tier or participate in mentoring sessions.
By joining, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into this agreement
- You understand that this work is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care
- You will seek appropriate support if you are in crisis or require clinical assistance
3. Nature of the Work (Important Disclaimer)
Inner Nature Integration is a reflective, intuitive, somatic, and nature‑based wellbeing practice. It is not:
- Therapy
- Counselling
- Psychological treatment
- Medical advice
- A crisis‑support service
All practices, sessions, and materials are intended for personal development and self‑reflection only.
If you are currently receiving therapeutic or medical care, this work may complement your existing support, but it does not replace it.
If you are in crisis, experiencing acute distress, or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency services or a trusted crisis‑support organisation immediately.
4. Membership Access
When you join a membership tier, you receive access to the content and services included in that tier for as long as your subscription remains active.
Access includes (depending on tier):
- Portal Hub
- Monthly newsletter
- Grounding practices
- Guided meditations
- Group gatherings
- 1:1 mentoring sessions
- Creative journeys
- Symbolism library
- Ritual kits
Access is delivered through the website and may require you to log in using your email and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
5. Payments & Billing
Memberships are billed monthly through the payment processor integrated with this website (e.g., Stripe). By joining, you authorise recurring monthly payments until you cancel.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change with notice.
If a payment fails, your access may be paused until the issue is resolved.
6. Upgrading or Downgrading Membership
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time through your account page.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and you gain instant access to the new tier.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for partial months.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account page.
When you cancel:
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- You will lose access to all membership content once the billing cycle ends
- No refunds are issued for unused time or partial months
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly.
8. 1:1 Mentoring Sessions
For tiers that include 1:1 sessions (Root, Bloom, Wild Within):
- Sessions must be booked through the scheduling system provided
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice
- Sessions missed without notice are considered used
- Sessions do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated
These sessions are reflective and supportive but are not therapy or clinical treatment.
9. Use of Content
All content provided through Inner Nature Integration, including audio, video, written materials, practices, rituals, and creative prompts, is for personal use only.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or reproduce content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Teach or repurpose the material as your own
10. Technology & Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the membership, but we cannot guarantee that the website or content will always be available.
We are not responsible for:
- Internet outages
- Platform downtime
- Technical issues outside our control
If a significant disruption occurs, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
11. Personal Responsibility
By engaging with this work, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own wellbeing
- You will listen to your body and move at your own pace
- You will seek professional support if needed
- You will not use this work as a replacement for therapy or medical care
Inner Nature Integration is a supportive practice, but you remain the expert of your own experience.
12. Inclusivity & Trauma‑Informed Practice
Inner Nature Integration is an inclusive space. All identities, backgrounds, religions, belief systems, and lived experiences are welcome.
This work is trauma‑informed, meaning:
- You are invited to move at your own pace
- You are encouraged to honour your boundaries
- You are never required to share more than you wish
- You can pause or stop practices at any time
We do not exclude, we integrate.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Nature Integration and Oihane Donnellan are not liable for:
- Any injuries, emotional distress, or losses arising from participation
- Decisions you make based on the content or sessions
- Outcomes related to your personal, professional, or relational life
You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.
14. Community Conduct & Respect
Inner Nature Integration is a space built on respect, safety, and inclusivity. All members agree to engage with practitioners and fellow community members in a considerate, compassionate, and non‑harmful manner.
We do not tolerate:
- Racism
- Classism
- Misogyny
- Homophobia or transphobia
- Ableism
- Xenophobia
- Fascism
- Hate speech
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Any behaviour that threatens the emotional or physical safety of others
This is a trauma‑informed, inclusive environment where all identities, backgrounds, religions, and lived experiences are welcome. Members are expected to uphold this ethos in all interactions, whether written, spoken, or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership immediately if a member engages in discriminatory, abusive, or harmful behaviour, or if they violate these community standards in a significant way. No refunds will be issued in cases where membership is terminated due to misconduct.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify members via email or through the Portal Hub.
Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
